The new Johnnie Walker Experience building on Princes Street in Edinburgh has been open for a month now and we are delighted to have played a part in helping them with supplies for their fantastic rooftop cocktail bar, 1820.

With fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle and the Edinburgh skyline, it’s the perfect spot to taste whisky, drink cocktails, catch up with friends and try the specialities on their Scottish menu.

The completed bar is gorgeous! Stylish and welcoming it is a fantastic addition to Princes Street for locals and tourists. Working with the team at Johnnie Walker has been brilliant. Alongside providing the essentials for opening this stunning bar, we have been able to source some items that are just a little bit special.  The finishing touches of gold cocktail shakers, ice tongs and ice buckets have created a truly unique aesthetic. 

We also worked with the team at Diageo to make sure they had the perfect glassware for their new bars. Providing everything from water to wine glasses, including the Spey whisky glasses, for the perfect dram. 

If you want to try something a bit different, the Johnnie Walker experience tour is a fantastic way to spend a few hours and learn more about their famous whisky – and we certainly enjoyed the taster along the way!

For whisky connoisseurs, the build also offers the Bothy Whisky Bar, with over 150 special bottles and one of a kind cask editions. They also offer pre-booked whisky tasking sessions for you to learn more about these bespoke whiskies.
